Wealth Enhancement seeks an Associate Trust Officer to administer client trust accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance in a client-focused, team-based environment. The role is on-site and can be located in Phoenix, AZ or Sioux Falls, SD, collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service.

The position emphasizes independent judgment, risk awareness, and timely delivery of trust services with opportunities for professional growth within a respected wealth-management firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through work experience, training, or education.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the trust industry preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Administer a portfolio of client accounts with complex structures.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, advisors and partners.
• Oversee distributions, transactions, and daily account activity.
• Maintain audit-ready account documentation.
• Assist in risk, compliance and governance activities.
• Collaborate with Financial Advisors and clients’ attorneys on trust matters.
• Mentor assigned team members.
