SOL Mental Health is seeking therapists to provide outpatient therapy in our Downtown DC office, with built-in supervision to support licensure. You’ll learn quickly, grow confidence, and make a meaningful impact on clients while advancing toward full licensure.

We offer a competitive compensation range of $60,000–$75,000 with a guaranteed base and hour-based incentives, plus robust benefits and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum direct clinical care experience; internship counts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow as a clinician.

Responsibilities
