Page Executive is seeking a senior technology transactions attorney for a permanent role in San Mateo, CA. You will draft, negotiate, and review software licenses, SaaS and outsourcing agreements, and advise on IP, data privacy, and commercial tech matters.

The successful applicant will hold a JD and be admitted to the California State Bar, with proven client-facing experience, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities
