Job summary

MacAllister Power Systems in Indianapolis, IN, seeks an Associate - Technology Product Support SITECH Trimble Technology to provide in-office support for construction technology equipment, including Lasers, Levels, Theodolites and CAT/MacAllister systems.

You will assist senior specialists, keep customers informed on equipment status, and ensure documentation is accurate while meeting deadlines and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of how construction technology operates.

Associate - Technology Product Support SITECH Trimble Technology

Location: Indianapolis, IN, United States

This position is primarily responsible for in office routine support of Construction Technology equipment which includes various Caterpillar and/or Construction Machine Control and Guidance equipment and other supporting construction technology.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• Perform basic support on construction technology equipment, with emphasis on Lasers, Levels, and Theodolites.
• Provide support to Senior Specialists in performing evaluations.
• Communicate with customers to keep them informed about the status of their equipment.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring customer needs and deadlines are met.
• Complete all scheduled duties in a safe and efficient manner.
• Adheres to all safety rules and maintains quality housekeeping in work area.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• No formal responsibility for supervising others.

Position Requirements

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic knowledge of how construction technology operates.

Preferred

• Experience with Heavy Equipment Technology
• Training with lasers and electronic technology
