As an Associate Technician (Intern) you will support the maintenance, repair, and restoration of telecommunications infrastructure, including aerial and underground cable networks. This entry-level developmental role provides hands‑on training and exposure to outside plant operations, safety practices, network infrastructure, and field service activities.
You’ll also work alongside experienced technicians to learn industry standards, technical skills, and operational procedures required to support reliable broadband, video, voice, and business services.
High School Diploma or GED is required.
Vocational, technical, or college coursework in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Prior internship, vocational training, or field experience is preferred, but not required.
