  • Align stakeholders: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and other teams to establish priorities, communicate expectations, and maintain project alignment.
  • Plan and track delivery: Develop project plans, manage schedules, monitor milestones, identify dependencies, and maintain visibility into project progress.
  • Identify and resolve risks: Proactively identify blockers, address challenges, coordinate solutions, and elevate risks when necessary to keep projects moving forward.
  • Maintain project documentation: Track performance, document decisions and processes, and provide clear, timely status updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Leverage AI and automation: Integrate AI tools and automated workflows into everyday project management activities to improve reporting, reduce repetitive work, and increase productivity.
  • Drive operational improvements: Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve team collaboration, and strengthen operational efficiency through data‑informed decisions.
  • Support strategic initiatives: Coordinate product launches, technical integrations, system implementations, and other projects that contribute to organizational growth.
  • Promote continuous improvement: Encourage the adoption of new technologies and efficient working practices, helping teams improve how they plan, execute, and measure their work.
Requirements
  • Professional experience: 1–2 years of experience in project management, program management, operations, or a related field, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results independently.
  • Project coordination: Strong organizational skills and the ability to develop project plans, track deadlines, manage competing priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Technical aptitude: Comfort working with technical systems, APIs, data, and emerging technologies, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • AI‑first mindset: Hands‑on experience using AI tools to solve problems, analyze information, automate workflows, improve productivity, and support better project execution.
  • Communication and collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound problem‑solving abilities, and the confidence to coordinate stakeholders, communicate progress, and drive alignment across teams.
  • Ownership and initiative: A proactive, results‑oriented approach, with the ability to anticipate challenges, take responsibility for deliverables, and move projects forward with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, learn new systems quickly, and respond effectively to changing business priorities.
  • Preferred experience: Familiarity with telecommunications, cloud communications, SaaS products, API‑driven platforms, or communications infrastructure is an advantage.
  • Project management tools: Experience with Jira, Asana, Linear, Monday.com, or similar project tracking and collaboration platforms is desirable.
  • Data and analytics: Familiarity with SQL, Looker, Tableau, or comparable analytics tools is a plus.
  • AI automation and development: Experience building AI‑powered workflows or automations using scripts, APIs, or no‑code tools is beneficial.
  • Methodologies and delivery: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, process improvement practices, product launches, technical integrations, or operational initiatives is an advantage.
  • Additional advantage: Previous exposure to the partner company's products, APIs, or communications infrastructure may be helpful but is not essential.
