Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking an Associate Technical Designer to support the development and execution of apparel products in Mason, OH. You will assist with fit evaluation, technical documentation, sample management, and research to meet established standards.

Responsibilities include creating technical sketches in Illustrator, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and tracking fit samples through the calendar. Travel of up to 10% is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years industry experience with a strong technical background in making male or female apparel.
• Experience with garment fit, garment construction, and fabric properties required.
• Strong math and analytical skills required.
• Adobe Illustrator software experience required.
• Minimum travel 10%, may be required.

The Associate Technical Designer will assist in the development and execution of apparel products by supporting fit evaluation, technical documentation, sample management, and product research activities. Collaborates with cross-functional partners to ensure garments meet established fit, construction, and quality standards while managing workload and priorities to achieve key product development milestones and deadlines.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat and intranet/internet.
