Job summary

Concord Hospital and Learning Center is seeking an early childhood staff member to promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children. You will observe, document, and communicate development with parents and team members while providing developmentally appropriate care in a supportive classroom setting.

The role emphasizes building positive relationships, implementing child-centered curricula, and adhering to hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Must have certification in Infant and Child CPR including AED training, and Basic First Aid within 6 months of hire.
• Must be at least 18 years old; one year of experience with young children in a group setting preferred.

A minimum of 9 credits in Early Childhood Education, including 3 from a Child Growth and Development class, all from a regionally accredited college is preferred.

Certification, Registration & Licensure
