This is a highly hands-on opportunity within a lean and growing team. The Associate will have meaningful ownership and autonomy across the full investment lifecycle, including opportunity evaluation, financial analysis, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, execution, closing and ongoing portfolio management.
The role also provides the opportunity to contribute to the continued development of a relatively new investment strategy as the platform continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Profile
The team is seeking candidates with approximately 4–7 years of relevant transaction experience, ideally with direct exposure to investment structuring and execution.
Relevant backgrounds may include:
Investment banking Associates with relevant transaction experience, particularly within energy, infrastructure or structured finance, are encouraged to apply. Candidates from adjacent backgrounds may also be considered where they can demonstrate relevant transaction structuring and execution experience.
Renewable energy experience is particularly relevant given the strategy's exposure to renewable tax equity and transferable tax credits. LIHTC and real estate investment experience may also be applicable.
Candidates should have direct transaction experience with meaningful exposure to structuring, negotiation and closing, rather than experience focused primarily on analytical or research responsibilities.
