Job summary

Infinite Roar in New York is seeking an Associate, Talent to support the Talent team through administrative coordination and project support. This role connects employees with payroll, benefits, onboarding, and terminations, requiring strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will manage data across systems, handle sensitive information with discretion, and contribute to HR initiatives while delivering accurate reporting and timely responses

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of HR or administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Power Automate.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking, sound judgment, and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate administrative communication related to employee inquiries.
  • Serve as a liaison among Talent, Payroll, Benefits, IT, Operations, and employees.
  • Manage and maintain accurate data across internal systems.
  • Submit IT tickets to ensure employees have the required software and drive access.
  • Ensure all payroll-related processes are submitted in our HRIS platform by applicable deadlines.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports for the Human Resources team.
  • Own and manage new hire onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility processes.
  • Act as the first point of contact for general employee requests across offices, answering questions and directing employees to the appropriate resources.
  • Complete a variety of administrative assignments accurately and on time.
  • Support ad hoc projects as needed, including data reporting, in-office events, and other HR initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times

Overview

The Associate, Talent plays an important role in supporting the Talent team through administrative coordination and project support. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who is looking to build a career in Human Resources as an HR Generalist. The position helps connect employees with key functions across the organization, including payroll, benefits, new hire onboarding, and terminations. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, active engagement with our employee population, excellent organization, and close attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to manage responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced, demanding, and collaborative work environment.

Compensation Range: USD $40,280.00 - USD $59,553.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
