Job summary

AGS seeks an Associate Technical Project Manager for Table Games to support planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects across our portfolio. Based in Duluth, GA, you will work under senior staff to track dependencies, maintain plans, coordinate across functions, and drive actions to closure.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in project management or engineering program support.
• Foundational knowledge of scope, schedule, risk, issue, change, and cost management.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, scheduling, and delivery of Table Games engineering projects spanning mechanical, hardware, firmware, and software components.
• Define project requirements and deliverables from high-level directives with stakeholders.
• Partner with senior PMs and engineering leads to move projects through approval, build, and deployment readiness.
• Assist in identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks, issues, and schedule impacts.
• Track dependencies across internal teams, contract partners, and external suppliers.
• Support production engineering activities including design reviews, supplier milestones, first article inspection, pilot builds, and engineering change management.
• Maintain project schedules, action item logs, and change logs and keep them current as programs evolve.
• Assist with communication of project status tailored to audiences and levels of detail.
• Create and maintain metrics measuring the effectiveness of project planning and execution.
• Facilitate meetings, capture decisions and action items, and follow through to closure.
• Support coordination with Operations and Procurement on part readiness and ramp activities.
• Help maintain project documentation and traceability in a regulated gaming environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within Table Games project management processes.
• Learn AGS product lines, engineering processes, and regulatory requirements with guidance from senior staff.
