Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Associate, Systems Integration / Test Engineer for our facility in Waco, TX. The role focuses on performing systems engineering test tasks related to aircraft modernization, maintenance, and new systems integration and testing.

Responsibilities include developing test methods, executing SOVT, and supporting avionics and mission systems across platforms. The ideal candidate is pursuing or has recently completed a Bachelor's degree and is adept with RF testing

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's Degree within the last 12 months.
• Experience or coursework in avionics, communications, or mission systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test procedures for systems integration and verification.
• Perform System Operation and Verification Testing (SOVT) for avionics and cockpit systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document test results clearly.
• Apply standard electrical theory and use test equipment to troubleshoot issues.
• Support integration of new aircraft systems and readiness for production.
