Analog Devices, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking an Associate Systems Integration Engineer to bring together hardware, software, firmware, and system-level technologies into integrated solutions across the product lifecycle.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to develop, test, validate, and optimize systems addressing real-world applications and customer needs, from prototyping to product release, gaining hands-on experience solving complex technical challenges.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of hardware, software, embedded systems, or system-level design.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, schematics, and test results.
• Experience with lab testing, debugging, validation, or system evaluation.
• Strong written and verbal communication within a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration in product development.

Responsibilities

• Support the integration and validation of hardware, software, firmware, and system-level solutions.
• Participate in system testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Evaluate system performance, functionality, reliability, and interoperability against requirements.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, test, manufacturing, product, and applications teams.
• Analyze data and test results to identify issues and propose improvements.
• Develop and execute test plans, validation procedures, and system verification activities.
• Contribute to prototype bring-up, integration, and performance evaluation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and engineering records.
• Present findings and status updates to project teams and stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement for product quality and engineering efficiency.
