L3Harris Technologies in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking an Associate, Systems Engineer to support space and defense missions. The role focuses on operational analysis, concept of operations, and design and implementation planning across complex systems.

You will develop test plans and procedures, conduct tests, document results, and use scripting and software tools to troubleshoot hardware and software. Collaboration with internal and external customers is essential.

Qualifications

• To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related field or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational analysis and develop concept of operations, design and implementation plans
• Develop test plans, procedures & cases
• Conduct tests and document results
• Use software tools, scripting and software/hardware troubleshooting
• Analyze systems requirements from end systemsand users
• Supports development and evaluation of complex system designs and architectures
• Develop and deliver presentations to communicate design activity plans and status to internal and external customers
