L3Harris Technologies in Carlsbad, CA is seeking an Associate, Systems Engineer to support operational analysis, develop concepts of operations, and contribute to system design and testing efforts.

The role requires pursuing or holding a Bachelor's in engineering or related field; familiarity with modeling and architecture is a plus. The position offers a 9/80 schedule and the chance to work on national security projects.

Job Description:

• To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in systems engineering,Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, or related field or have completed their Bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

Preferred Skills:

• Coursework and/or experience in systems engineering, systems architecture, systems analysis and design, system performance modeling, integration and/or project management, and/or model-based systems engineering
• Familiar with Rhapsody

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is [$80,500 - $149,500]. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
