Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Ashburn, VA seeks an Associate Systems Engineer to help translate customer needs into operational concepts, develop test plans, and support design and integration of complex systems.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, strong teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to present analysis and results to internal and external customers; 9/80 schedule offered.

Qualifications

• To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field or have completed their degree within the last 12 months.
• Strong coursework or experience in systems engineering, architecture, analysis, and design is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational analysis and develop concept of operations, design and implementation plans.
• Develop test plans, procedures & cases.
• Conduct tests and document results.
• Use software tools, scripting and software/hardware troubleshooting.
• Analyze systems requirements from end users.

Salary and Benefits:

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Virgina is $62,000 - $115,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
