Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a 2nd–4th year Associate for its Supreme Court and Appellate team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate has appellate experience and a preference for significant exposure to the Administrative Procedure Act.

You will engage in appellate litigation, draft briefs, collaborate on case strategies, and participate in oral arguments. Qualified candidates should be a current DC bar member or eligible for waive-in with a JD from an accredited law school, strong writing skills,

Qualifications

• Current DC bar membership or eligible for waive-in.
• This is a JD from an accredited law school.
• Strong writing skills and appellate litigation experience required.
• Preference for past appellate clerkship experience.
• Current judicial clerks are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Engage in appellate litigation and related legal research.
