• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, General Business Management, or related field or have completed their bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint).
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support submission RFQ’s to suppliers to develop pricing and Conso lidated Material Lists (CML).
• Procure materials, equipment, supplies, services, and commodities of varying value and volume.
• Negotiate price, delivery, and quality; determine supplier selections.
• Track Purchase Orders through reports and resolve discrepancies and exceptions.
• Interface with receiving and accounting to resolve issues; liaise with suppliers on cost, delivery and quality.
• Interpret FAR/DFAR/ITAR regulations regarding import/export controls.

Job Description:TheSupply ChainManagement positionsupportspurchasingand sourcing activities byassistingwith supplier pricing, material procurement, and order coordination. Helpsmonitorpurchase orders, resolve routine discrepancies, and work with internal teams and suppliers to supporttimelydelivery and overall supply needs. Contributes to supplier management and procurement processes while following applicable company requirements and regulatory guidelines.

Essential Functions:

• Supporting submission RFQ’s to suppliers to develop CML (Consolidated Material Lists) pricing
• Supporting procure material, equipment, supplies, services, and commodity products of low to medium value and medium to high volume
• Supporting negotiate price, delivery and quality of products/services and determinesupplier selections
• Track all Purchase Orders through reports, work matched exceptions, open commitments, receiving discrepancies, returns, supplier discrepancies, and problem reports/supplier corrective action responses
• Interface with receiving and accounting to resolve issues
• Confer with suppliers to determine factors that affect competitive total cost of ownership consistent with quality, reliability, and ability to meet required schedules
• Interpret FAR/DFAR/ITAR laws, rules and regulations regarding import/export control certifications and licenses

Qualifications:

To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, General Business Management, Business Administration or related field or have completed their bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Projectand PowerPoint
• Six Sigma Green Belt or other Lean Experience
