Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence on industry and company performance
• Synthesize research and begin to draw conclusions
• Prepare financial modeling inputs with little guidance
• Analyze structuring options considering collateral and borrower valuation
• Write and prepare credit approval documents
• Coordinate and complete closing process requirements
• Shadow and learn from senior underwriters on reviewing legal documents
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure timely and accurate portfolio data and reporting
