Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a candidate for the Quality Line Oversight (QLO) entry-level program in West Point, PA. The role focuses on on-the-floor quality checks, line clearance verification, and GMP batch-record review across vaccine filling and packaging lines.

You will rotate through Quality Assurance, Quality Operations, and Environmental Monitoring, gaining exposure to continuous improvement and cross-functional problem solving while supporting weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years pharmaceutical industry experience via internships/co‑op/other roles (preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Sciences.
• Willing to work alternate shifts and weekends.
• Strong verbal/written communication; analytical/organizational skills; high integrity.
• Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

Role

Quality Line Oversight Program (QLO) entry-level 2-year program (8-month rotations) at West Point, PA. Direct manufacturing support primarily on the shop floor within Quality Line Oversight; rotates through vaccine filling and packaging departments. 12-hour rotating day/night shifts (~every 9 weeks) with weekend coverage; may include off-shift/off-schedule support.

Primary Responsibilities

• Quality checks of finished product (visual inspection of vials, syringes, packages)
• Verify appropriate line clearance between batches to prevent product mix-ups
• GMP document/batch record review

Additional Responsibilities

• Rotational support of Quality Assurance, Quality Operations, and Environmental Monitoring
• Continuous improvement: participate in problem solving and partner with Operations/Technology/other Quality groups (safety, quality, efficiency)
