The Lane Bryant Associate is responsible for creating a hospitable store environment using customer engagement that contributes to the achievement of Company goals.
Sales and Service: Identifies customer needs & wants with curiosity and confidence through intentional conversation. Uses company resources to reinforce the brand experience and facilitate/build strong, enduring relationships. Shares and represents current products, fit and fashion trends with customers to appropriately wardrobe, inspire and build trust.
Operations: Supports areas of operational energy as needed. Plans and prioritizes tasks and responsibilities to meet the needs of the customer and business. Protects company assets and maintains a safe work environment. Follows all company policies and procedures as well as local, state, and federal employment laws.
