Job Overview

This role supports the development and deployment of software solutions that meet customer requirements and operate in scalable, highly available environments. The role involves designing, implementing, and testing software components using technologies such as virtualization, microservices, software-defined networking, network functions virtualization, and big data platforms. The position requires collaboration with engineering teams and adherence to detailed instructions under close supervision to complete routine technical assignments.

The role will also contribute to developing and supporting processes, systems, and software solutions used by front-line call center organizations supporting prepaid and postpaid business operations. Success is measured by the ability to deliver functional software stacks, maintain clear documentation, and contribute to continuous system improvements. The work impacts organizational capabilities by enabling advanced software solutions that enhance system performance and support business objectives.

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $73,590 - $132,660National Base Pay Range: $66,900 - $120,600

The base pay range reflects the compensation component of this opportunity. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
