Job summary

New York Technology Partners seeks a Senior Associate – Technology to join our team as a Full Stack Engineer, working across the full software development lifecycle in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will own the lifecycle, design, build, and deploy features, optimize performance, and participate in Scrum ceremonies while collaborating with cross-functional teams. A strong background in microservices and modern stacks is required.

What You Bring

• B.Tech / MCA (or equivalent technical degree)
• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or in a comparable technical role
• Hands-on Full Stack Engineering experience with strong knowledge of microservices architecture
• Proficiency across Angular, Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, Git, RESTful APIs, Splunk, Kubernetes, Kafka, Azure AI, and MySQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as a team player
• A fast learner with genuine curiosity for new languages and emerging tech
