  • Lead a handful of bi-weekly client cadence calls (assisted by your team and dedicated account coordinators or managers and/or directors, as needed)

  • Ability to derive strategic search query and prompt evaluations to drive successful initiatives based on attainable organic and AI search opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze site performance using a range of SEO, AI, and site analytics tools
  • Interpret and explain data discoveries as they relate to organic and AI search, specific initiatives, and client KPIs
  • Develop and effectively communicate SEO and AI search strategies, deliverables, and results
  • Stay up to date on current SEO industry trends and technologies and proactively communicate such trends to clients and the broader SEO department
  • Perform competitive analyses to identify organic search opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to improve organic conversion rates
  • Supervise QA of SEO implementations
Who you are:
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience contributing to or managing successful SEO campaigns, including agency side
  • Understanding of current SEO and AI search best practices, search engine ranking factors, intermediate marketing principles, and a strong grasp on how to help clients meet business goals as realistically as possible, setting the right expectations
  • Intermediate understanding of concepts such as URL discovery, crawling, rendering, indexing, and ‘crawl budget’
  • Understanding of web performance and page speed optimizations
  • Inside-out knowledge of Screaming Frog and Google Search Console
  • Experience using other SEO tools such as Botify, Lumar, OnCrawl, Ryte, BrightEdge, STAT, SEMrush, ahrefs, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (as it relates to SEO)
Additional Information:
