Renesas Electronics is seeking an Associate Failure Analysis Engineer in Palm Bay, Florida. Join our Failure Analysis Team to learn basic failure analysis flows and collaborate with experienced engineers and technicians on semiconductor products.

You will gain hands-on experience with optical and acoustic microscope, 3D x-ray tomography, SEM, and a range of lab equipment while supporting customers and new product development teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical bench or instrument control work is ideal.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be an initiative-taking team player who is able to take direction, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and communicate effectively.
• US citizen or a green card is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to analyze and report on semiconductor products.
• Learn failure analysis flows and use microscopy and lab instrumentation.
• Support field customers and new product development teams.
