Saks OFF 5TH, Buckhead, is hiring a part-time Associate Selling to provide a personalized shopping experience and drive sales. You will greet customers, discuss promotions, and help locate merchandise while leveraging store inventory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
• Be familiar with store inventory to provide customers with best product knowledge.
• Greet customers and educate them on current promotions.
• Foster repeat business by building relationships and promoting Saks credit card.
• Efficiently process sales transactions using the POS and adhere to checkout standards.
• Resolve customer issues in line with core values of trust, integrity and respect.
• Achieve individual and store goals for sales, customer acquisition and loyalty program participation.
• Maintain selling floor and fitting rooms, resize fixtures, re-stock and sign fixtures/windows as needed.
• Complete the markdown process with urgency and accuracy per company standards.
• Participate in store programs and events.
• Maintain proper display of merchandise per brand standards.
• Adhere to Asset Protection procedures.
• Support shortage/theft awareness program through reporting methods.
• Complete tasks or special projects assigned by store leadership.
