We are seeking a highly motivated, collaborative and qualified associate with a minimum of 1+ years of substantive experience in a transactional group at a reputable law firm. The optimal candidate will be an analytically sharp associate who can break down complex legal matters, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and deliver precise, high-quality work product under pressure. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential, as is the judgment to determine when to act independently versus when to elevate issues. Beyond technical capabilities, we value candidates who are proactive, collaborative, and genuinely engaged in their work. The ideal candidate takes initiative and ownership of matters, communicates transparently with the team, and brings intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm to their work. Our team is led by partners David Thatch and Elizabeth Devine.
Work on sophisticated, high-profile transactions for top-tier clients across industries. Take ownership of key deal components from inception to close, working directly with partners and clients. Structure, draft, and negotiate complex deal documents. Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, tax, intellectual property, and regulatory specialists. Develop into a trusted advisor with deep legal and commercial expertise.
