Job description

Our Securitization team advises on complex domestic and cross-border transactions across the full spectrum of esoteric financings for leading global brands, including whole-business Securitizations, rental car financings, fleet lease transactions, receivables facilities and related structured finance products.

What We Are Looking For

Strong written and oral communication skills are essential, as is the judgment to determine when to act independently versus when to elevate issues.

Beyond technical capabilities, we value candidates who are proactive, collaborative, and genuinely engaged in their work. The ideal candidate takes initiative and ownership of matters, communicates transparently with the team, and brings intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm to their work.

Our team is led by partners David Thatch and Elizabeth Devine.

  • Develop into a trusted advisor with deep legal and commercial expertise.

  • Salary Range: $225,000 - $310,000

Why You Should Join Our Team
  • A Tight-Knit Team That Is Genuinely Invested in You. We maintain a culture of excellence, collaboration, and direct feedback, with a strong commitment to in-person mentorship and shared success.

  • Opportunities for Learning and Career Growth. Ranked Band 1 by Chambers USA, our team offers real mentorship and daily professional development.

  • Reputable Clients and Meaningful Work. We advise industry-leading clients on cutting-edge deals.
