Morgan Stanley in New York seeks an SEC Reporting Associate to join the Corporate Financial Reporting team. You will contribute to quarterly 10-K and 10-Q production, analyses and disclosures, partnering with Treasury, Risk Management and Legal to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
The role emphasizes applying U.S. GAAP, coordinating inputs from multiple stakeholders, and continuously improving the efficiency of reporting processes, including exploring AI-enabled solutions.
We’re seeking someone to join our Corporate Financial Reporting team as a SEC Reporting Associate. This role is part of the Corporate Financial Reporting team, whose primary responsibility is the quarterly production, related analyses and filing with the SEC of Morgan Stanley's consolidated financial reports on Forms 10-K and 10-Q (10-K/Q].
In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm’s financial and capital resources. This is a associate position within our Accounting & Regulatory Policy Job Family which is responsible for the firms Accounting Policies under USGAAP and IFRS and Basel Based Regulatory Capital and Liquidity policy.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 and $115,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
