SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
There are two Associate Scientist profiles being sourced under the same title:
Master's degree in life sciences.
OR
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant scientific experience
Experience with protein purification & analytics, techniques, instrumentation, software.
Experience with protein analytics, particularly biologic molecules.
Demonstrated experience with protein analytical techniques (HPLC, MCE, etc...) and analysis software (Chromeleon, LabChip, etc.)
Knowledge of high throughput purification and analytical techniques is a plus
Experience with handling and analyzing large datasets.
Ability to multi-task, work flexibly and efficiently in a cross-functional environment
Demonstrated strong communication skills, ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Demonstrated track record of independent critical thinking and creative problem-solving.
Strong candidates should have experience with one or more protein analytical techniques, including:
Protein purification experience is beneficial for analytics candidates, but the primary emphasis should be protein analytics.
Candidates should have hands-on protein purification experience within a laboratory environment. Relevant protein chemistry and analytical experience is also valuable. Recruiters should prioritize candidates whose experience demonstrates an understanding of protein purification processes and the underlying science.
