Abbott is a global healthcare leader seeking a laboratorian to perform experimental procedures and analyze data. You will contribute to project milestones and collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced lab environment.

The role requires a Life or Physical sciences background with 1–2 years of experience and knowledge of analytical instruments. Travel up to 5% is expected as part of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Life or Physical science.
• 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of analytical instruments.

Responsibilities

• Perform experimental procedures.
• Conduct experiments, achieve milestones and summarize data.
• Recommend options for other experiments.
• Present data to the team.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation or experiments and assist with technical problems.
• Participate in planning project tasks and provide input to tasks.
• Assist with routine maintenance and lab safety.
• Document experimental procedures and results according to guidelines.
• Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the quality system.

What You’ll Work On

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Life or Physical science.
• 1 -2 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of analytical instruments.

The base pay for this position is $55,300.00 – $110,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
