Job summary

Biogen is seeking an Associate Scientist III to contribute to parenteral formulation and drug product development. You will work in a matrixed environment with other scientists to support Biogen's pipeline, executing lab experiments and documenting results with GDP and GLP practices.

You will collaborate with Analytical Development, Drug Substance Development, Manufacturing Sciences, and Regulatory to meet project objectives, while advancing aseptic and sterile formulation techniques in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field with 0-2+ years of industry experience
• Experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech lab environment
• Knowledge of formulation development for sterile parenteral products
• Experience with GDP and data documentation

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute lab experiments for formulation development and product characterization.
• Manage development activities under the guidance of senior scientists on more complex initiatives.
• Prepare formulations, run studies, analyze data, and communicate findings to project teams.
• Author development protocols and prepare technical reports for CMC submissions.
• Maintain GDP records and ensure GLP-compliance as applicable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies.
