Job summary

Eurofins USA Discovery Services in San Diego, CA is seeking an Associate Scientist to help perform high-throughput screening experiments targeting various proteins for drug discovery. You will execute 384-well biochemical assays, prepare reagents, and support cross-functional teams while adhering to SOPs and safety rules.

This full-time role requires a BS in biological or physical sciences and 0–2 years of lab experience.

Qualifications

• B.S. in biological or physical sciences.
• 0-2 years of relevant lab experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Execute 384-well biochemical assays to measure interactions between small molecules and target proteins.
• Prepare reagents and perform QC and calculations as needed.
• Maintain consumables and follow SOPs in the lab.
• Support group meetings and cross-functional activities as required.
• Ensure safety and compliance with EHS requirements.
