Qualifications

• BS or MS in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Engineering or related quantitative field
• 0-2 years of data analysis, research, internship, or relevant project experience
• Proficiency in Python with Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn, Statsmodels, Matplotlib
• Experience with R is preferred
• Knowledge of data visualization, hypothesis testing, regression modeling, and machine learning concepts
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Curate, maintain, and analyze stability program data for trending and regulatory reporting
• Curate and analyze assay control data to monitor performance and trends
• Perform statistical analyses on analytical, development, manufacturing, and operational datasets
• Clean, organize, and preprocess data from multiple sources to ensure data integrity
• Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders
• Apply statistical methods including hypothesis testing, regression and trend analysis
• Support predictive modeling and machine learning initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings in reports and presentations
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Essential Job Functions

• Curate, maintain, and analyze long-term stability program data to support trending, product lifecycle management, and regulatory reporting.
• Curate and analyze assay control data across the department to monitor assay performance and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Perform statistical analyses on analytical, development, manufacturing, and operational datasets.
• Clean, organize, and preprocess data from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and usability.
• Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and reports for scientific and business stakeholders.
• Apply statistical methods including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and trend analysis.
• Support predictive modeling and machine learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings through technical reports and presentations.
• Comply with company procedures, data integrity requirements, and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
