Qualifications

• BS or MS in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry or Biology.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant industrial/academic laboratory experience.
• Ability to learn quickly, prioritize, multi-task, and work in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute scientific experiments and development studies in the analytical development team.
• Analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and recommend follow-up work.
• Apply methods to characterize development samples, process samples, and finished products.
• Participate in method development, validation, and analytical studies.
• Present data at team and cross-functional levels on AS activities.
• Prepare development plans, protocols, summaries, and transfer documents with good documentation practices.
• Investigate routine method, sample, and instrument issues; contribute to root-cause analysis.
• Maintain routine lab operations including instrument maintenance and inventory.
