Lane Bryant is hiring a Retail Associate in Victorville, CA. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through product options, fitting rooms, and styling advice to build confidence and drive sales.

In addition, you will assist with merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintaining a welcoming store environment while adhering to store policies and safety procedures.
