Job summary

Lane Bryant in Eugene, OR is seeking an Associate to create a hospitable store environment through customer engagement that supports company goals. You will identify customer needs, share product knowledge, and build lasting relationships while representing the Lane Bryant brand on the floor.

The role requires strong sales or hospitality experience, flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays, and comfort using mobile tech to assist customers. Safety and policy adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology (e.g. Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
• Lifts/moves merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds as needed and may climb a ladder for overhead tasks.
