Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an Associate Sales Representative in Florida to support a growing Interventional Spine portfolio. You will work alongside experienced Sales Representatives to assist with territory growth, engage with surgeons, nurses, and staff, and help drive education and product adoption in clinical settings.

The role offers field-based exposure to sales, clinical environments, and account management, with a base salary around $70,000 plus bonus potential and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the territory.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in outside sales or field sales.
• Exposure to medical device, healthcare, or life sciences sales environments.
• Experience supporting customers in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to help ensure appropriate product use and a positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
