Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative in the United States, New York area, to begin a hands-on career in medical device sales, partnering with experienced Sales Representatives to support customer accounts and contribute to territory growth. The role involves assisting with clinical procedures, account management, and ongoing customer education in a field-based setting.

• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to help ensure appropriate product use and a positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.

Our Craniomaxillofacial portfolio includes solutions used in trauma, reconstruction, and craniofacial procedures, supporting surgeons in delivering precise care. This role includes shared responsibility for supporting customer needs outside of standard business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with coverage requirements varying by territory.

What You Will Do

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outside sales, field sales, business development, account management, customer success, territory management, or a customer‑facing role.
• Experience managing responsibilities through work experience, athletics, academic programs, military service, or leadership activities.
• Exposure to medical device, healthcare, clinical, life sciences, business-to-business sales, or other performance‑driven environments.
• Experience supporting customers in a fast‑paced, team‑based environment.

Sales Base/Draw + commission: $70,000-$80,000 and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits
