UiPath is seeking an Associate Representative to join our Public Sector team. You will collaborate with an Emerging Account Executive to retain and expand our current customer base within an assigned portfolio, leveraging AI, vertical plays, and cross-functional partnerships.

In this role, you’ll drive end-to-end sales, mitigate renewal risk, build proposals, and engage with CSM, SE, and partners to accelerate deals.

Formación

• 1+ years in Public Sector account management or account executive roles.
• Able to explain AI concepts clearly and practically.
• Strong account planning and opportunity identification across accounts.

Your mission

UiPath is seeking an Associate Representative (ASR) to join our growing Public Sector team. In this role, you'll collaborate with an Emerging Account Executive to retain and expand our current customer base within an assigned customer - leveraging AI, vertical plays, and cross-functional partnerships.

What You'll Do At UiPath

• Operate within assigned current-customer focus.
• Mitigate renewal risk and churn in every account, every quarter
• Earn expanded responsibilities and at-bats through performance
• Execute UiPath Sales Process end-to-end and drive deals
• Find, run, close: AI, Test Suite, Agentic, Subsidiaries, SAP
• Co-sell with vertical specialists and marketing on plays
• Build and deliver proposals and business cases
• Engage CSM, SE, and Partners for deal support and velocity

What You'll Bring To The Team

• A competitive track record of demonstrating an acquisition first mindset
• 1+ years of Public Sector Account Management and / or Account Executive experience.
• Curious about AI and emerging technology and can explain complex concepts in a clear, practical way.
• Strong account planning discipline, take a research-driven approach to your territory, and proactively identify opportunities through business-led conversations.
• Confident navigating complex customer organizations, building relationships across functions and seniority levels, and collaborating effectively with internal teams and partners.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter mentality
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for this role

Compensation Range: $78K - $90K
