This position has two cohort start dates available: January 2027 and July 2027. Candidates selected for this opportunity will join one of these two onboarding cohorts.
The Associate Sales Consultant role is designed as a stepping stone into future sales opportunities at TriNet. Successful Associates may progress into roles such as Field Sales Consultants, based on performance, business needs, and individual career goals. Candidates should be open to relocation for future field sales opportunities as part of long‑term career growth.

The preferred location for this role is Minneapolis, MN, and the salary range for this location is $30.29 to $40.38. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Minneapolis. All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Minneapolis and may be considered for remote hire at the company’s discretion. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.
A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
