JPMorgan Chase in New York seeks an Associate in the GEO Risk Reduction team to evaluate risk management practices across Global Equities Operations. You will survey the risk landscape and partner with stakeholders to develop effective controls, address vulnerabilities, and drive continuous improvement in risk processes.

You will analyze complex risk scenarios, communicate findings clearly, and support training and change initiatives while working with a small, highly independent team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Operations, Controls Management, Operational Risk Management, Product Control, or Audit within Equities.
• Knowledge of equity operations: trade management, clearing, settlements, margin, collateral, payments and reconciliations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with independent judgment.

Responsabilités

• Plan, execute, and document independent risk assessments with GEO stakeholders.
• Develop understanding of JPMorganChase's Risk Management Framework and control testing.
• Share findings clearly with internal stakeholders and promote transparency.
• Identify areas for improvement and address vulnerabilities with sound guidance.
• Monitor improvement opportunities and contribute to training and change initiatives.
• Support an engaged, inclusive team culture and operate with high independence.
