Job description

The Associate Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring the highest level of customer service and support. This role involves business development activities supporting the Private Client Group, partnering with teammates and product partners to deliver excellent service.

Pay Range : $73,626 - $95,714 - $117,801

Pay Range : Local Minimum Wage - $0.00 - $0.00

Job Responsibilities :

1. Respond to client inquiries and requests regarding accounts, analyze issues, and coordinate with other departments as needed. Act as liaison to Private Client Services (PCS) for transaction requests.
2. Support business development efforts, including onboarding new clients, identifying client needs, and acting as a bridge between the organization and clients.
3. Assist with sales activities such as pre-call planning, managing marketing materials, client proposals, pitch books, and prospect lists.
4. Oversee daily customer and risk reports, monitor significant activities, and market or cross-sell products as appropriate.
5. Understand and monitor compliance requirements related to KYC/AML laws, ensure data integrity, and report findings accordingly.

ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Perform special projects and additional duties as required.
• Adhere to regulatory and compliance policies, complete required trainings, and maintain compliance with applicable laws.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required Qualifications :

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC) or foreign equivalent, with 1-2 years of related experience.
• Experience in a commercial banking environment.
• Knowledge of KYC-AML requirements.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Over 5 years of related banking experience in similar roles.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a proactive approach to relationship management.
• Physical demands include standing, sitting, walking, driving, or infrequent lifting.
