Office of the Registrar
In the Office of the Registrar, the primary responsibility of the Associate Registrar position is to provide leadership and guidance in the strategic planning, implementation, coordination, and operation of Data quality management and coordination for student records and student record adjacent functions. Heavy emphasis on audited functions such as Lawful Presence, SAVE verification, Residency and waiver coding. However, overall records alignment and clarity will be long term necessities and goals - such as improved documentation and review of curriculum management, and all other student record retention data elements. This includes compliance, oversight of program management, proactive reporting, data quality assurance, file tracking for program change, establishment of goals and objectives for the quarterly and annual data review based on university wide strategic vision provided by AVP & University Registrar or the highest echelon of Student Success leadership. Aid in developing policies and procedures, interpreting rules and regulations, establishing priorities, standards, and measurement tools for determining progress, and coordinating with internal departments and outside partner organizations in support of the program at the University student success level as well as outside of the University with organizations such as the USG or SACSCOC.

Minimum Hiring Qualifications: Master's degree in a relate field and five years of supervisory/management experience; or a combination of education and related experience.
