Simpson Strong-Tie Company Inc. is seeking a Regional Builder Manager to support builder, contractor, and subcontractor relationships across the Southeast.
You will coordinate with local teams to grow our business and share knowledge of Strong-Tie products and solutions. You will train and promote our Builder Program, schedule workshops, and collaborate with National Builder Managers, Regional Sales Managers, product management, and marketing to advance sales initiatives in your territory.

As a Regional Builder Manager, you will be responsible for supporting customer relationships with builders, contractors and subcontractors in the Southeast region. You will coordinate with and contribute to the overall branch and company efforts to profitably grow our business. You are responsible for working with individuals at all levels in the builders' and contractors' organizations to improve their knowledge of Strong-Tie products and system solutions. You will also help coordinate and support training sessions/workshops in the territory. These trainings/workshops require scheduling, promotion, set-up, presentation, and take-down, as well as providing observation and suggestions for improvement. You will work with National Builder Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Product Management, Marketing, and other field sales representatives to assist with sales initiatives and programs; and communicate appropriate market trends and field intelligence to Management and Operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

This full-time, exempt position is remote and may be based anywhere within the Southeast region.
Relocation is not available for this position.
$70,000 - $86,000 / year
