Latham & Watkins LLP in New York is seeking an Associate Recruiting Coordinator to support all aspects of entry-level hiring for associates, including the summer program and campus outreach. The role will be located in New York with a hybrid schedule that includes in-office presence.
The role requires coordinating interviews, managing candidate records, and building relationships with law schools and outside partners while supporting budgeting and reporting for recruiting activities.
