Job summary

Constructor is hiring an Associate GTM Recruiter to source and outreach for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success roles across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. You’ll work closely with the Talent team and GTM leaders, learning the craft of recruiting hands-on while owning more responsibility as you grow.

• Strong written communication, from candidate emails to updates with hiring managers.
• You want to learn the craft of recruiting, not just follow a checklist.
• Able to work with candidates and hiring managers across time zones (North America, EMEA, APAC, LATAM).

Responsibilities

• Keep our pipeline in Ashby accurate and moving: advance candidates through stages, keep the data clean, and call out anything that's stuck.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates in multiple time zones.
• Spot friction in the hiring process early and suggest a fix, rather than waiting for someone else to catch it.
• Use AI every day to draft outreach, summarize interview notes, and speed up research. Help source and screen candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools like Claude and Juicebox, and our own hiring data.

About You

We're looking for an Associate GTM Recruiter who is competitive, curious, and hungry to become exceptional at recruiting. At Constructor, we hire builders: people who take real ownership of their work, spot what needs fixing, and fix it without waiting to be asked. You'll bring that same mindset to how we hire.

Most of your time will go to sourcing and outreach: finding great people for our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams and getting them excited to talk to us. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career (or coming from an SDR/BDR seat) who wants real exposure, real responsibility, and a path to growing into a full-cycle recruiter.

Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we’ve built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco.
