Qualified candidates should have 3 - 8 years of law firm experience working on sophisticated real estate lending transactions. Exposure to balance sheet bank lending work preferred, but not required. Additionally, candidates should have excellent drafting and negotiations skills, superior academic background and a desire for teamwork, significant responsibility and client interaction. The Real Estate Finance practice is closely integrated across the U.S., and accordingly candidates will be considered who can work from one of the following office locations: New York, DC, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Cleveland, San Francisco, Los Angeles or Irvine.

Expected Salary Range (CA, Chicago, Cleveland, DC and NYC): $260,000 - $550,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
