The role covers quality program development, discrepancy analysis, and cross‑functional interaction with manufacturing, engineering, customers, and vendors. Positions available as Associate Quality Analyst (A01) or Quality Analyst (A02) with 4/10 or 3/10 shift options.

Qualifications

  • Be completing or have completed a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution by August 2026.
  • Be completing or have completed a Master’s degree from an accredited institution by August 2026, or be completing or have completed a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and have 2 years of related experience by August 2026.
  • Major in or have majored in a business‑related field.
  • Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance and Program Special Access within a reasonable period of time; U.S. citizenship is a pre‑requisite.
  • Final approved U.S. Government security clearance and Program Special Access may be required to start.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement program quality plans, programs, and procedures using statistical quality control, lean manufacturing concepts, and six‑sigma tools and analyses.
  • Ensure that performance and quality products conform to established company and regulatory standards.
  • Review, analyze, and report on quality discrepancies related to assembly, process, mechanical, electrical and electro‑mechanical systems.
  • Investigate problems and develop disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies.
  • Interface with manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor and subcontractor representatives to ensure requirements are met.
  • Recommend corrective actions, dispositions and modifications.

Positions

The requisition may be filled as either an Associate Quality Analyst (A01) or Quality Analyst (A02). Shift will be determined during pre‑interview coordination with the candidate and includes options for 4/10 Days or Nights and 3/10 Days.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher.
  • Previous internship/co‑op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular).
  • Experience presenting and interacting with customers such as DCMA/Military customers/foreign nationals.
  • Experience with MES, SAP, PROP and CPATS systems.
  • Familiarity with Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA).
  • Familiarity with First Article Inspection (FAI).
Salary

Primary Level Salary Range: $67,400.00 – $101,000.00.
Secondary Level Salary Range: $81,300.00 – $121,900.00.
