Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a QC Associate in Bothell, WA. The role supports release, stability and in-process testing of Cell Therapy products within Quality Control. Duties include coordinating sample logistics, data packet assembly and adherence to GMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the logistics of sample receipt, internal testing and external testing.
• Deliver samples to internal testing labs prioritized by required turnaround times.
• Ship samples to external test labs and prepare associated paperwork.
• Assemble QC test data packets for lot release.
• Perform inventory maintenance.
• Maintain QC data files and perform data archival as required.
• Maintain instrumentation and supporting documentation in a GMP compliant manner.
• Respond to equipment alarms.
• Perform equipment maintenance tasks.
• May participate in projects and continuous improvement efforts.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding task completion, roadblocks and needs.
• Identify and support initiation of deviations, CAPAs and Laboratory investigations through data gathering and interview process.
• Micro tasks as assigned.

Position Summary QC associate is responsible for supporting the release, stability, and in process testing of Cell Therapy clinical and commercial products within the Quality Control department. Additionally, the QC associate may assist with investigations and continuous improvement efforts.

Reporting Relationship

Reports to QC supervisor, QC Micro

WORKING CONDITIONS (US Only)

The role is set in a controlled environment where the analyst will don personnel protective equipment (PPE) for personnel safety and for contamination control strategy. Analysts in this role may stand for 4-6 hours during assay performance.

Compensation Overview

Bothell - WA - US: $35.29 - $42.77per hour

The starting pay range(s) listed above is for full-time employees (FTE). You may also be eligible for additional discretionary incentive cash and stock opportunities. We determine starting pay thoughtfully – carefully considering the nature of the role, required skills, work location, schedule and the knowledge and experience you bring. Final compensation is guided by pay equity principles and applicable employment laws. Compensation programs are reviewed on an ongoing basis and may be adjusted over time to reflect evolving market factors, and individual, team or Company performance.
